These terms are the agreement between you and LUCAVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED (Hyderabad, India; CIN U62099TS2026PTC211908) for using this website, lucatwin.com, and the LUCA app at app.lucatwin.com. Please read them with our privacy policy.

1. What LUCA is

LUCA is an AI twin. A personal twin learns from what you share with it, so it can remember and help you. A company’s twin helps the company’s staff with the company’s work through the LUCA app (the app shows the name LUCA OS when you sign in). A company that signs an agreement with LUCAVERSE is covered by that agreement as well; where the two differ, the agreement wins.

2. Who can use LUCA

You must be 18 or older. A personal twin needs an invite code. A company seat needs the company’s invitation.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at once at support@lucatwin.com.

4. Your data

What you put into LUCA stays yours. You allow LUCAVERSE to store and process it only to run LUCA for you, as our privacy policy explains: what we collect, where it is kept, which other companies handle it, and your rights.

5. AI answers can be wrong

LUCA’s answers come from AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it. In a company’s twin, LUCA drafts the messages to the company’s customers, and a person at the company approves each one before it is sent.

6. Fair use

Do not use LUCA to break the law; to harm, deceive or impersonate anyone; to send spam; or to get into other people’s data or into LUCA’s systems. We may suspend an account that does.

7. Price

LUCA is free during the current pilot, and no payments are taken in the app. If we start charging, we will say so on this page and in the app before any charge applies. A company’s price is set in its agreement.

8. Availability

LUCA is new and changes often. It may be unavailable at times, and its features may change. We do not promise any particular uptime.

9. Leaving

You can stop using LUCA at any time, and ask for a copy of your data and for its deletion (see Delete my data). We may close an account that breaks these terms; we tell you why first, unless the law stops us.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, LUCAVERSE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid LUCAVERSE in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we tell you before it applies.
